What is CAPS?

The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation program. Helping people remain in the comfort of their homes as long as they would like.

The NAHB Seniors Housing Council developed this program to provide comprehensive, practical, market-specific information about working with older and maturing adults to remodel their homes for aging in place.

An AARP survey says 80% of seniors prefer to remain in their homes.

Brown Construction has a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist on staff who is specifically qualified to assist mature adults to "age in place."
